10 teaspoons of New Roots Herbal’s Children’s Elderberry Juice Powder
600 ml water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Prepare the Elderberry Mixture
In a large measuring cup, combine the elderberry juice powder and water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
Place the frozen blueberries into the elderberry mixture. You can also use a blender to blend them in for a smoother texture.
Fill Popsicle Molds
Pour the elderberry-blueberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. If your molds have popsicle
sticks, insert them into the mixture.
Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for about 12 hours or until they are completely solid.
Unmold and Enjoy
To remove the popsicles from the molds, run them under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them. Gently pull the popsicles out, and they're ready to enjoy!
Not only are these elderberry juice powder popsicles with blueberries, but they are also packed with antioxidants! They make for a refreshing and healthy treat.
