Berry Delicious Lentil Smoothie
This smoothie is loaded with fibre, protein, and healthy fats, making it an excellent and well-balanced meal replacement option to fuel your day and your body.
- 1/3 cup canned or cooked lentils (if canned, rinse well)
- 1 cup almond milk (add more if needed)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- ½ cup frozen berries of choice
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
Blend everything together and enjoy! If you want to keep your smoothie cool, add some ice.
