Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

• Complaint management
• Record customer complaints
• Investigate according to internal procedures
• Propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Follow up on the implementation of CAPA
• Manage the finished product reanalysis program
• Submit analysis requests
• Prepare stability summary reports
• Update related documents
• Other responsibilities
• Approve production tickets
• Participate in the hygiene program
• Participate in the change control program
• Investigate production non-conformities
• Participate in the environmental control program

Required Competences and Skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, punctuality, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
• Good command of investigation techniques
• Good understanding of the CAPA concept
• Experience working in production
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and French (English is an asset)
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Good knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
• Ability to work in a team and interact with others
• Able to adapt quickly to a regulated work environment

Education

DEC in science, or significant experience in the industry
