Pumpkin Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½ banana (can be frozen) 
  • 3 tbsp. New Roots Herbal’s Pumpkin Seed Protein
  • 1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp. of natural nut butter (I like either almond or peanut butter)
  • ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
  • New Roots Herbal’s Sweet ‛n Clean Xylitol, to taste (optional)

Instructions

Blend everything and enjoy!
