Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Promotional material coordination.
- Administrative support and project coordination.
- Assistance with event planning.
- Assistance with content management and promotional verbiage.
- Other marketing or customer service responsibilities as needs arise.
Required Competences and Skills
- Verbally bilingual, English and French; good written English.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Basic understanding of project management tools, preferably Asana.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.
- Enthusiasm for creative tasks and contributing to team projects.
- Position requires physical tasks, bending, lifting, walking stairs, maneuvering material (5-10 kg).
Education
DEC in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field
Schedule
Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (at the office)
