Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support and Communications
- Be the first contact with the public to answer product-related questions, resolve concerns and escalate issues (via telephone, TAWK live chat, email and social media).
- Monitor and document all inquiries to identify trends and develop FAQs for internal knowledge bases.
- Share insights across departments for production innovation and communication updates.
- Product Marketing Content Creation
- Demonstrate product expertise as the authority on our products and relative competitors.
- Develop marketing collaterals for new products and coordinate launch campaigns.
- Create content for multiple platforms: websites, social media, newsletters, podcasts, ad campaigns, pamphlets, articles, recipes, retail support materials, etc.
- Develop actionable plans based on emerging concerns or trending product questions.
- Other marketing tasks as needs arise.
- Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Liaison
- Capture and escalate product feedback/adverse reactions to Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams.
Required Competences and Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (Stores across Canada 90% of our customers are English speaking).
- Compassionate and solution-oriented, proven aptitude for customer service, problem solving, follow-up and support.
- Excellent sense of priorities, organization and planning with the ability to multitask.
- Comfortable using/learning platforms like TAWK, Gmail, VoIP systems, Microsoft/Google Workspace.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
- Good team spirit and interpersonal communication skills.
Education
Diploma in Science (BSc) with a focus on health or nutrition. Strong passion and good knowledge of naturopathy. Minimum of 3 to 5 years combined experience in marketing and customer support in natural health or related industries.
Schedule
Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week) - On-site position
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (in person: 3405, F.-X.-Tessier, Vaudreuil-Dorion)
