Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Promouvoir, commercialiser et vendre les produits NFH/Vitazan en utilisant une approche éducative et professionnelle basée sur des données scientifiques aux praticiens de santé agréés et à leurs cliniques ;
- Établir de nouveaux comptes tout en maintenant et en développant les comptes existants (en personne, par téléphone et par courrier électronique) ;
- Participer aux expositions de NFH/Vitazan lors de salons professionnels et de conférences, organiser le matériel nécessaire et assurer le suivi ;
- Effectuer des présentations de produits et d'information fondées sur des données probantes à l'intention des professionnels de la santé ;
- Travailler en collaboration avec le siège social pour les demandes de renseignements des clients, passer les commandes et organiser les crédits et les retours ;
- Effectuer des tâches administratives : organisation des comptes, préparation des dossiers des clients, planification de la prospection, préparer et soumettre des rapports, etc. ;
- Gérer les comptes et les programmes de parrainage avec les collèges de naturopathie du territoire et les représentants étudiants qui y sont associés.
Required Competences and Skills
- Solid knowledge of naturopathy (ND) and/or training in science (BSc, MSc, MScN) with a focus on nutrition or health sciences;
- Two (2) years of sales experience (training will also be provided);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Excellent interpersonal, oral (including presentations) and written communication skills;
- Ability to understand customer needs, proven aptitude for customer service, problem solving, follow-up and support;
- Ambitious, passionate about learning, sales-oriented and highly organized;
- Valid driver's license and vehicle.
Education
Strong naturopathic (ND) or science background (BSc, MSc, or MScN) with nutrition or health science focus Two years sales experience (training will also be provided)
Schedule
This opening is for a full-time or part-time position, offering a salary plus incentives on sales.
