Tasks and Responsibilities

Create and maintain Project Portfolio

Prepare competitor reports

Organize weekly meetings with Marketing and Production departments

Prepare reports for Management decision making regarding new products, scheduled dates and development process and progress.

Prepare reports on post market analysis after 6 months, 1 year, 2 years.

Conduct Pre-Market analysis of new product ideas.

Cost and Pricing

Forecast with Sales team.

Cost recovery analysis

Open the line of communications between our ND team, our salespeople and marketing throughout the product development process to maintain strategic alignment of the team.

* Look at new licenses and market trends to see what is new and coming.

Create codes in ERP.

Formula/sample preparation

Inhouse product surveys

Prepare Finished Product and raw materials specifications.

Reception and verification of incoming labels or boxes

Preparation of export documents

Skills and Competencies

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)

Must be organized, detail-oriented, able to concentrate and be autonomous.

Good team spirit

1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Having training in the field of science is an asset.

Education and Experience

College degree in Sciences

We offer on-site training.

Work Schedule

Permanent and full-time position

40 hours / week 

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (can vary slightly to accomodate)
