A long time participant in the health food industry, his experience dates back from 1973. Located just outside Montréal, Québec, our products are manufactured in a strict, clean pharmaceutical environment, GMP (Good manufacturing practices) approved, to ensure that they are high grade, pure and consistent. We treat our products carefully and delicately. One such example of New Roots Herbal's dedication to quality lies in the handling of its products. For example, Acidophilus degenerates in warm temperatures. To avoid this problem, we send our orders with freezer packs all year long and with a maximum two days delivery system to major cities and three days delivery system for rural areas, during summer time. This ensures that the product maintains its original potency. Our policy is to go the extra mile in order to guarantee our product’s quality and integrity.

Product recipes are always verified for consistency and quality control specifications are constantly referenced to ensure that every bottle that comes out adheres to our standards.

At New Roots we not only use third party laboratories to ensure the consistency of our products we also have our own in-house lab for additional testing. As raw materials are received they are put into quarantine.
